Shipping & Customs
For each order, a one-time delivery fee of CHF 9.00 is charged.
Customs fees: Depending on the destination of your order and the place of processing, you may have to pay customs fees. These fees may vary depending on the value of the order. For more information, please visit: https://www.ch.ch/fr/commander-marchandises-etranger/
All products are made on demand when an order is placed.
Processing: the creation time is 2 to 7 working days.
Delivery: The average shipping time is 4 days to 14 working days depending on the destination of the order.
Estimated Delivery: Receipt once the order has been processed and shipped.
Returns & Lost parcels, Claims
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself .
Returned – We only offers refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be issue a refund for the orders. Thank you for understanding.

CrossFit All Elements Memberships Terms and Conditions
1.1 By signing the registration form, the customer declares his agreement to the membership and accepts the general terms and conditions of the Box CrossFit All Elements. The registration form serves as a contract.
1.2. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
1.3 By signing the registration form, the customer declares that he/she has consulted his/her doctor’s opinion, which states that the customer’s state of health is not contrary to the practice of CrossFit and sport in general at the time of signing the contract. The management of CrossFit All Elements must be informed if the customer’s state of health changes during the contract period.
1.4. The age of majority is required at the time of signing the contract. CrossFit All Elements reserves the right, in special cases and after examination of physical and mental performance – to accept minors. This will require the signature of a parent or legal guardian in accordance with article 1.3.
Subscriptions and subscription renewals
2.1. The cost of the subscription must be paid upon signing the contract and in advance of each month by bank transfer, credit card or cash to CrossFit All Elements.
2.2. The subscription is valid for the duration of the contract. After this time, the validity and thus the right of access to CrossFit All Elements expires. The amount of the subscription depends on the type and duration of the contract individually desired by each customer.
2.3. For each new subscription or renewal of a subscription, and therefore of a contract, the terms and conditions as well as the current prices prevail. The customer will be informed of any changes to the contractual terms and conditions in good time and in an appropriate manner.
2.4. A break due to injury, which lasts more than one month and if this has been communicated in time (within the first week of incapacity at the latest) sent by email to CrossFit All Elements with presentation of a medical certificate, the subscription will be automatically suspended. During a break in the subscription, the customer has no access to CrossFit All Elements, its courses and free access period, and the subscription as well as the contract cannot be terminated.
2.5. CrossFit All Elements does not entitle the Customer to any refund. All contract fees must be paid in full and on time.
The only exception to this rule is the annual subscription:
2.5.1. The annual subscription may, in the event of a major problem (accident, prolonged mental/physical incapacity) proven by the presentation of a medical certificate, be stopped at the time of presentation of the medical certificate (the current month remains due).
2.5.2. The request for interruption entails an administration fee of CHF 280. A medical certificate will always be required.
2.7. The cards are nominative and valid for the planned duration, according to the price list on the website. Beyond this period, unused sessions will be lost.
CrossFit All Elements provides the subscriber with a membership card. This card is nominative and non-transferable. Upon arrival at the box, the subscriber must scan his membership card at the reception desk. If the card is lost, a fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged to the subscriber for its replacement, which is obligatory.
Termination, offences, defamation
3.1. The duration of membership is by individual agreement and in accordance with the agreement. Subscription offers and prices are part of the said agreement.
3.2. If, in case of illness, injury, or other circumstances beyond the customer’s control, which last for more than one month, the customer is obliged to stop the training for an indefinite period of time, his contract and subscription will be suspended. However, the subscription may be extended for the duration of the incapacity in question upon presentation of a medical certificate sent by email, without exceeding the duration of the rest of the initial subscription. Pregnancy leads to a suspension of the subscription, but the subscription may be extended for the duration of the mother’s absence at the end of the legal maternity leave, without exceeding the duration of the rest of the initial subscription. There is no right to terminate the contract (except point 2.5 and following).
3.3. In order to invoke article 3.2. the presentation of a medical certificate sent by email is mandatory.
3.4. Certain circumstances, which are caused and inflicted intentionally by the customer and which are deemed to be harmful by CrossFit All Elements, entitle the customer to unilaterally terminate the contract with immediate effect. This breach of contract does not entitle the customer to any refund and the totality of the contributions remains due. Such circumstances can be, for example, and without being an exhaustive list, violation of the rules of the box despite prior oral warning, use of illegal substances, willful deterioration of the equipment etc.
3.5. Intentional or negligent damage to equipment, furniture and in general to property belonging to CrossFit All Elements justifies measures according to article 3.4 and leads to a claim for reimbursement from the customer in an amount equivalent to the costs of compensation or the costs of repairing the damage in question.
4.1. CrossFit All Elements offers different services and subscriptions according to the price list on the CrossFit All Elements website. The offer is subject to the type of fee paid and is only valid for CrossFit All Elements classes.
4.2. Other offers such as specific training sessions etc. must be paid separately according to the price plan.
4.3 During the sessions, the instructions and advice of the coach must be followed. If the client does not follow the instructions and/or deliberately or negligently endangers other clients, CrossFit All Elements reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract with immediate effect according to articles 3.4 and 3.5.
4.4 It is strictly forbidden to offer for sale or rent to other customers medicines (whether or not requiring a doctor’s prescription), anabolic steroids, illegal products, equipment products or any other goods. Should this occur, the contracts of the members concerned would be terminated in accordance with Articles 3.4 and 3.5.
Hours of service
5.1. CrossFit All Elements is open during operating hours from Monday to Sunday except for cleaning, catering, etc. The management reserves the right to change the days and hours. Exceptional closures as well as changes in opening hours and days of operation do not entitle the customer to any refund, nor to any modification or extension of the subscription.
Data protection and privacy
6.1. During the sessions, photos and videos can be made for the use of CrossFit All Elements. If the customer does not wish to appear on the photos and/or videos, he is obliged to inform the management before the beginning of the session. In this case, it is assured that he/she will not appear on the pictures.
6.2. The photos/videos can be published on websites, social networks, marketing documents or the internet.
6.3. CrossFit All Elements reserves the right to store personal data of the users (including photos) and to use, process and transmit them, if this is necessary and/or useful for the contractual relationship.
7.1. CrossFit All Elements disclaims any liability for injuries or other damage to the health of customers. The clients declare by their participation in the sessions that they are in a state of health that does not present any contraindication to the practice of CrossFit and sport in general.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the client to take out insurance.
7.3 It is important here to refer to article 1.3.
7.4. CrossFit All Elements declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage of personal equipment in the changing rooms and in the entire premises of CrossFit All Elements.
8.1. The management of CrossFit All Elements reserves the right to make changes to the general terms and conditions. The customer declares by signing the contract to be duly informed of such changes.
8.2. The rules of the box are part of the contract.
8.3. Verbal agreements do not form part of the contract.
